    • Load branch and patron data first (does MMA have any branches?), then holdings & items, then circ history, then reserves & serials
      • Campus(es), libraries, patrons
    • Implementation team logs in first
• Training
  • First week of October is BW’s staff training
• Send Margaret a timeline & send outline
• Data specialist June 30th
  • BW will get the SFTP set up for us ASAP
• Initial data extract by August 7th
• Final data extract by December 15th
• All patrons should reset passwords upon go-live
